Our Spaces

Broadnook Community Trust will oversee the maintenance and management of the new community facilities and public realm within Broadnook. Many of these spaces are still being designed and built, so as the facilities are finished, we will let you know more about how you can use them.
Facilities include:
Broadnook Court:
A new mixed-use community building where you will find a café, farm shop, the Broadnook Trust office, and community spaces including a community hall complete with stage, meeting room and even a badminton court. A place to buy local produce, meet for a coffee or bite to eat, and get involved in a community project.
Cricket Pavilion:
A multi-sports hub playing pitch space providing for a full age range for football and cricket. The high-quality pavilion will cater for social, community and youth activities.
The Allotments and Community Garden:
Consisting of 1.54 hectares of land dedicated for food growing, some of this will be provided as allotment plots of varying size, as well as a dedicated space for communal gardening. There will be provision of raised beds, communal picnic benches, outdoor eating areas, BBQ’s and a communal storage shed.
Children’s Play Areas:
With six different play areas featuring equipment for children of all ages, there are an abundance of opportunities for recreation and play at Broadnook.
Green Open Spaces:
Over 50% of the land in Broadnook Garden Village is devoted to public green spaces for you to enjoy.
